For some transfers, we will request upfront payment which would be 20% of the final price. You will know exactly the price once when our staff contact you after your request.

How can I book a transfer?

On our page, under the Booking section, enter all your transfer details. After you fill that information, hit the Send button, and we will receive your transfer request.

Once when we got your request, we will review it and get back to you ASAP with more details and final confirmation.

Please take a note that the transfer booking is confirmed only when we contact you back with the final price of the transfer that you've requested.

What if my flight is late or delayed?

Don't worry if your flight is late, our driver will wait for you. 

If you are coming with a plane to Croatia, our staff will ask you for a flight number before organizing the transfer so that we can track your flight and the arrival time.

There are no extra costs for waiting.

What if I cancel my reservation?

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the start of the transfer.

After that, if you cancel before the start of the transfer, you will not receive the upfront payment that you've made.
